Q: Why do I need to create an account, is it free?

A: Creating an account is required for personalization of «Cart» and «Settings», for getting in touch with technical support, and obtaining bonuses and discounts. Creating an account on our web site is absolutely free, moreover you will receive $0.32 bonus after confirmation of your e-mail address, that's enough to purchase two music tracks of your choice on our web site.

A: In case of misplacing/forgetting your login or password, you can use generation of new password function for your account. Q: I've created an account, but did not receive my two free tracks, what should I do?

A: To activate registration bonus, please follow the link from the registration e-mail that you have received.

Please also note that it is prohibited to create multiple accounts. If such activity will be detected we will be forced to inform your ISP and local authorities of such fraudulent activity.

Q: I did not receive an e-mail from you, what should I do?

A: Please check your spam folder, however if you cannot find our e-mail, you can re-request it from under your Account menu.

A: In order to make payments you will need to have an account on our web site. Available payment methods can be seen at the Add money section of our web site. If desired payment method is not available, please contact our support team by sending a message through on-site mailbox feature or by sending a letter to support@iomoio.com. We support Credit Card payments.

Please note that the minimum one-time payment on our web site is $16.

Q: How much does it cost to purchase music at Iomoio.com? Are there any hidden/monthly fees?

A: The price for one track on our web site is $0.16. Prices are in USD with TAX included. We do not charge any extra fees nor do we have monthly subscription. You pay for purchased music ONLY.

Q: If I make a deposit and won't use up my balance straight away, will it expire?

A: No, there are no such time limitations/restrictions on our web site. All deposited money will be available to you until spent.

Q: Are there any discount/bonus programs at Iomoio.com?

A: Yes, there is a bonus system for our members. A certain bonus is added every time you make a new payment. Currently we have following bonuses on deposits:

3. On the send dialog, select Wallet Address and enter the code address that you see on our website
4. Enter the amount of digital currency you'd like to send in the Amount field. NOTE: the amount should be the exact same as on the payment page. Transaction fee will be added to your balance automatically. You won't 'lose' this fee.
5. Click Continue
6. Confirm the details of the transaction and complete the send

Q: Can I preview the track at Iomoio.com prior to purchasing them?

A: Yes, we have a 60 seconds preview of any music track available on our web site without purchasing it.

Q: Does the preview have the same quality as the actual track available for download on your web site?

A: No, the previews have limited quality of 64kbps security reasons; it is not the actual quality of the music tracks available for download on our web site.

Q: I do not see the preview player on the web site, what should I do?

A: Please make sure that you have latest Flash Player for your web browser installed.

Downloading/Listening to music/Transferring to iPod/Phone Go to Top

Q: How and where from do I download purchase music?

A. All purchased music can be downloaded from your Downloads page as well as from the artist page. You will have to press Download in Zip button next to an album to start the download. This will trigger the download of full album in a single Zip archive (you will require WinZip or 7Zip software to extract it). To download tracks individually in MP3 format, please click the green arrow button next to the album and you will see download buttons next to each purchased track. In case the track/album does not begin to download and starts to play directly in your media player, please right-click the download button and choose Save Target As...

Q: I have downloaded track/album and it is corrupt/password protected. What should I do?

A: We do not host any corrupt/password protected music on our web site. This can be a result of peer resets in your internet connection. Please re-download this track/album. To avoid problems like this we suggest using download managers (e.g. Reget; Reget Deluxe; Go!Zilla; FlashGet; GetRight). Please also note that all purchased music can be re-downloaded multiple times from your Downloads section as long as you do not delete it from there.

Q: The music I downloaded seems to be of poor quality (there are clicks/pops/, etc.) What should I do?

A: Because we are unable to personally check every track in our database, our users may, though rarely, end up with poor quality tracks (according to our statistics, this occurs in less than 0.03% of the time). However, if this happened to you, please contact our technical support staff under the subject heading entitled «Errors/Bugs in the music catalogue» After we check the issue and validate your complaint, we will return the appropriate balance to your account. We will also try to do everything within our power to replace the low-quality track so you can download it again.

You must also take into account that some classic audio has been recorded from vinyl and may have characteristics distinctive to the medium that cannot be prevented. In such cases, please note that the original source cannot be improved.

Q: I have downloaded purchased music, what software/media device I require in order to play it?

A: We provide music in mp3 format that is playable by most media players and mp3 compatible audio devices. If your media player is not playing downloaded music properly please make sure that you have latest audio codecs installed (we suggest K-Lite codec pack).

Q: How can I transfer purchased music to my iPod/iPhone?

A: First of all you have to download purchased music to your computer and extract it from archive if you download in Zip file. After that you need to download iTunes and install it due to instructions. Then run iTunes.
a) To import an individual mp3 file, choose File > Add File to Library, and then locate the music file you want added to your library.
b) To import all the mp3 files in a folder, choose File > Add Folder to Library, and then locate the folder containing the audio you want added to your library.

Sync your iPod/iPhone
1. Connect your iPod/iPhone to your computer.
2. When the iPod/iPhone icon appears in the iTunes window (below Devices), select it.
3. If the Summary pane isn't showing, click the Summary tab.
4. To automatically sync your iPod/iPhone:
   a) Make sure that "Manually manage music" is not selected.
   b) Click the Music tab and do one of the following:
To automatically update your iPod/iPhone with all the songs and playlists in your library, select "Sync music" and then select "All songs and playlists." iTunes loads the songs and playlists in your iTunes library onto your iPod, and deletes songs from your iPod/iPhone that aren't in your library.
To automatically update your iPod/iPhone with only certain playlists, select "Sync music" and "Selected playlists," and then select the playlists you want synchronized.

To manually sync your iPod/iPhone:
a) Make sure that "Manually manage music" is selected.
b) Click Music (below Library, on the left side of the iTunes window) and then drag songs and playlists to your iPod/iPhone.

Q: Can I burn purchased music to a CD?

A: Yes, all purchased and downloaded music can be burned onto CD as longs as it is for your personal use. Please use any available CD burning software (e.g. Nero, Windows Media Player).

Q: If I decide to close my account with you, will I be able to keep all purchased and downloaded music?

A: Yes, all purchased and downloaded music is for you to keep, you will be able to listen to it for a lifetime as longs as you keep it in a safe place.

Q: How can I make ringtones on your web site?

A: A ringtone icon can be seen next to each purchased track on our web site. Choose the track you want to make a ringtone from and click the ringtone icon next to it, a ringtone make page will open. Ringtone maker will allow you to choose start/end time of the ringtone as well as the duration of it and fade in/out option is also available. Once you are done making ringtone - click create a ringtone button, this will create your ringtone, and will allow you to download it in different formats

Q: What ringtone formats do you support?

A: At the moment you can create plain mp3 and iPhone compatible ringtones on our web site.

Q: How much does a ringtone cost?

A: We do not charge any extra fees for the ringtones. All you have to do is purchase an mp3 track on our web site and you will be able to create as many ringtones as you want from it absolutely free of charge.

Q: How do I transfer ringtones to my iPhone?

A: Simply download iPhone ringtone from our web site, drag and drop it to your iTunes Ringtones folder and Sync your iPhone.

Q: What is the maximum duration of your ringtones?

A: We limit the duration of ringtones to 30 seconds to make it iPhone compatible. If you require full track ringtone, simply download it as an mp3 from our web site.

Q: I am not satisfied with the service how can I request a refund?

A: To initiate a refund please forward your request to support@iomoio.com with a detailed explanation why the refund should be made. We will process the refund within 48 hours, provided you have not used more than 5% (incase of 16 deposit); 3% (incase of 32 deposit); 2% (incase of 48 deposit); of the total amount paid into the account, and where no more than 30 days have passed from the time of payment for the services. After the refund your account will be blocked, and in the future you cannot be registered on the site and use our services. We will not issue a refund if you have made a deposit only to purchase 1 song/album, this is not allowed.

Q: I have purchased one album/track and cannot find anything else I like on your web site, can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately in this case refund is not possible. We strongly recommend our members to calculate the approximate sum of purchases prior to making a deposit, please feel free to use shopping cart facility.

A: Our company and licensing authority is located outside U.S. area and we do not have to follow $0.99/track minimum regulations.

Q: Is it safe to enter my billing information on your web site?

A: Paying for your order with credit card over the internet is done via secure SSL-connection, established between our server and the server of Processing Company. Https protocol that we use makes this process completely safe for you. Afterwards your payment data transfers through closed bank networks with highest level of security. Processing of the received confidential data of the client (Requisites of a card, registration data etc.) is done in the Processing Center. This way, even the seller, can't get hold of the clients personal and bank account information. You can also bookmark albums from the Coming soon list on our web site and you will be informed once desired album/s is uploaded.
